Requirements:
---------------------------
• Some knowledge of Windows.
• Tweaked/cracked uxtheme.dll file or StyleXP (www.tgtsoft.com).

• The Lucida Grande font (included)
• YZShadow (included) a MUST HAVE because of the borderless windows).
• ObjectDock (This is the "bar" at the bottom of the screenshots that have the animated icons when
the mouse moves over them.) It can be aquired from www.stardock.com - freeware.
• ClearType - enable cleartype in [Display Properties -> Appearances -> Effects]
Installation
---------------------------
MIMIC THEME
• Extract the zip file to c:/windows/resources/themes
• Use your Display Properties to select the theme
• Select MIMIC and Apply
LUCIDA GRANDE FONT - included
• Copy the Lucida Grande font to c:/wondows/fonts folder
YZSHADOW - included
• Double click on the file Yzshadow.exe
TIP: To start Yzshadow when windows starts, create a shortcut in the Startup folder of your start menu
Extras:

In order for your desktop to look and act more like Apple Mac OSX your might want to add extra effects and programs.
these include:
• The Dock (ObjectDock) - can be aquired from www.stardock.com - freeware
• Docklets - adds extra functionality to your dock - download from http://www.dockex.com
• Bootup and Logon Screens - These can be found at www.aqua-soft.org
• Icons - These can be found at www.aquaxp.com in the forums section
• Toolbar (YZToolbar) - Improves the look of your windows toolbars get it here www.imagehouse.co.za

Troubleshooting:
---------------------------
There are some problems that your may encounter with ANY theme, these are because Windows does not
support certain elements that the Mac OS can, therefor rendering these parts "strange".
Unfortuantly we have not yet found solutions.
Problems:
---------------------------
• Windows cuts off the right most tab in some tabbed windows and windows raises the active tab font.
• The scrollbars in Internet Explorer and some applications invert the bmp's.
